I began my Human Resources career in Private Equity as an HR Manager and after 6 years moved on to work as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in the SaaS Technology Industry, managing groups of employees as large as 600 with employee populations upwards of 3,000. During my time as an HRBP, I was responsible for partnering with senior leadership teams on strategic planning, as well as managing all employee matters. Over the last three years I have worked independently as a consultant providing HR excellence to small and medium size businesses who want to offer their staff a more comprehensive employee experience.
I have experience with various multimedia tools such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. I am also proficient in employee management systems like Harvest, Gusto, Quickbooks and Workday. Additionally, I have knowledge in U.S. federal, state and local employment law on both the east coast and west coast as well global employment best practices.
